United States Second Circuit

US v. Alexander, 16-3708

Vacating convictions, and reversing the denial of a suppression motion as to two firearms recovered from the warrantless search of a man's property without a warrant or probable cause because the district court's ruling that the Fourth Amendment didn't apply to a search outside the curtilage of the defendant's home was incorrect.
