Clark v. Advanced Group Composites, Inc., 17-1727

Vacating and remanding the judgment of the district court granting Boeing's motion to dismiss a mesothelioma claim that, according to Boeing, was barred by judicial estoppel because the plaintiff had failed to disclose his diagnosis during bankruptcy proceedings because the court held that the prior nondisclosure had, at most, only a de minimis effect on the prior bankruptcy proceeding.
