Granting a petition for review of the final order of the US Department of Labor Administrative Review Board affirming the decision of an Administrative Law Judge who concluded that a man who had been employed by Metro-North was entitled to relief under the Federal Railroad Safety Act where he claimed they had interfered with his medical treatment for a back injury he suffered in the course of his employment because certain aspect of the decision were not supported by the record.
