United States Second Circuit
Brown v. Rawlings Financial Services, LLC, 16-3748
Affirming a district court dismissal of claims that a financial services company failed to comply in a timely manner to the plaintiff's requests for documentation of her healthcare benefit plan, in violation of ERISA, because although ERISA does not specify a statute of limitations, Connecticut's most analogous statute of limitations of one year for civil forfeiture claims applied.
