United States Second Circuit
MGM Resorts Int'l Glob. Gaming Dev., LLC v. Malloy, 16-2158
In a suit alleging that a law permitting Native American tribes to apply to establish casinos outside of tribal lands violated the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution, brought by a casino developer with no active projects in the state of Connecticut, the district court's dismissal is affirmed where any harm imposed by the law on the developer was too speculative to support standing.
