Griffin v. Sirva Inc., 15-1307
In an employment dispute alleging violations of the New York State Human Rights Law (NYSHRL), N.Y. Exec. Law section 290 et seq., for employment discrimination on the basis of plaintiffs' criminal convictions, the district court's grant of summary judgment to employer-defendant is reversed upon receiving responses from the New York Court of Appeals on three certified questions.
