In an action brought on behalf of plaintiff and her disabled, autistic child, seeking relief under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. sections 1400 et seq., the district court's judgment in favor of school defendant is vacated where the Department of Education failed to offer plaintiff a free appropriate public education (FAPE) for the 2012-2013 school year because the substance of the individualized education program formulated for the child was legally inadequate.
