ACLU v. Dep't of Justice, 15-2956

A district court judgment with respect to government decisions to withhold certain information from FOIA request responses is: (1) affirmed when withholding of documents challenged by plaintiff are protected by one or more FOIA exemptions and no waiver of secrecy has occurred, and (2) reversed when the district court’s disclosure rulings would reveal information that should remain secret or are protected by FOIA.
