United States Second Circuit

US v. Lee, 11-2539

Convictions of several defendants for Hobbs Act offenses and numerous other offenses related to narcotics trafficking are affirmed where there was sufficient evidence produced at trial to permit the jury to conclude beyond a reasonable doubt that robberies targeting suspected marijuana dealers for drugs, or proceeds from drugs, satisfied the interstate commerce element of the Hobbs Act offenses.
