United States Second Circuit
MacDermid Printing Sols. LLC v. Cortron Corp., 15-589
In an action brought under section of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. section 1, alleging violations of federal and state antitrust laws, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, spoliation, and violations of state statutes prohibiting computer crimes and unfair trade practices, the District Court's judgment awarding damages is: 1) reversed in part where the District Court erred in denying defendant‐appellant judgment as a matter of law with respect to the antitrust claims because plaintiff failed to prove that the challenged conduct harmed competition; but 2) otherwise affirmed.
