United States Second Circuit
In re Aluminum Warehousing Antitrust Litigation, 14-3574
In an antitrust case brought by purchasers of semi‐fabricated and fabricated aluminum, alleging a conspiracy to manipulate the price of aluminum, the District Court's dismissal of the case and denial of leave to amend are affirmed where: 1) plaintiffs lack antitrust standing on the ground that they did not (and could not) suffer antitrust injury; and 2) their myriad state law claims were inadequately pleaded.
