Conviction of conspiring to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance on board an aircraft registered in the U.S. and possessing with intent to distribute a controlled substance on board an aircraft registered in the U.S.is affirmed where: 1) defendant's conduct was proscribed by 21 U.S.C. section 959(b); and 2) the exercise of extraterritorial jurisdiction in this case did not violate due process.
