United States Second Circuit

US v. Compton, 15-942

District Court's denial of defendant's motion to suppress 145 pounds of marijuana discovered in his vehicle by U.S. Border Patrol agents is affirmed over defendant's claim of a Fourth Amendment violation where: 1) the agents had reasonable suspicion to conduct a Terry stop of defendant, Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. 1 (1968); and 2) the agents did not unreasonably extend the stop.
