Denial of petition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 2254 for writ of habeas corpus relief from rape and sodomy convictions on Brady and ineffective assistance of counsel challenges, is reversed where the state court's rejection of his Brady claim was an unreasonable application of the materiality standard established by Kyles v.
