Florez v. Central Intelligence Agency, 15-1055
In an action challenging the CIA's Glomar response to a Freedom of Information Act request, the District Court's grant of summary judgment to the CIA is remanded where, during the pendency of this appeal, the Federal Bureau of Investigation released certain documents concerning the subject of plaintiff's request, and those disclosures are relevant to the merits of plaintiff's challenge.
