United States Second Circuit
Smith v. Wenderlich, 14-3920
In a habeas corpus action, the district court's denial of the petition for relief is affirmed where New York's resentencing of petitioner, to add a term of post-release supervision that had been required at the time of his initial sentencing, was not contrary to, or an unreasonable application of, clearly established Supreme Court precedent.
