United States Second Circuit
Ritchie Capital Management v. GECC, 15-2816
In an action alleging state law claims of civil conspiracy to commit fraud, aiding and abetting fraud, and negligence in connection with a Ponzi scheme, the District Court's dismissal of plaintiff's claims, for lack of standing and for failing to state a claim upon which relief could be granted, is affirmed where there was no error in the district court's decision to dismiss plaintiff's complaint with prejudice and without granting plaintiff leave to amend.
