Associates Against Outlier Fraud v. Huron, 15-425
In a False Claims Act case, the district court's order to plaintiffs to pay defendants the costs of their deposition transcripts under F.R.C.P. 53(d)(1) is affirmed where 31 U.S.C. section 3730(d)(4) does not affect the award of costs to prevailing parties under F.R.C.P. 54(d)(1).
