Binder & Binder v. Colvin, 14-4141

In an attorney's fees action, the district court's grant of summary judgment to the Social Security Administration (SSA) is affirmed where 42 U.S.C. section 406(a) of the Social Security Act does not waive sovereign immunity and plaintiff law firm cannot sue the SSA for its alleged failure to disburse attorney's fees via deductions in Social Security payments obtained in actions against the agency.
