United States Second Circuit

Concord Associates v. Entertainment Properties Trust, 13-3933

In an antitrust action, contending that defendants entered into an anti-competitive scheme to obstruct plaintiffs' racing, casino, and gambling resort project in the Catskills, in violation of the Sherman Act, the district court's dismissal is affirmed where plaintiffs' proposed geographic and product markets were not sufficiently plausible to survive a motion to dismiss.
