In an attorneys' fees action, arising from a securities class action lawsuit ending in a settlement, the district court's denial of plaintiff attorneys Flanagan, Lieberman, Hoffman & Swaim's fee request is vacated where the district court erred by not providing the proper standard of deference to the fee request.
