Steiner v. Lewmar, 14-3817

In an attorney’s fees action, arising out of the settlement of a contract dispute, the district court's denial of fees to plaintiffs is affirmed in part and remanded in part where: 1) the F.R. Civ. Pro Rule 68 settlement agreement made no mention of attorney's fees in addition to the offered amount; but 2) the district court must determine whether attorney's fees should be awarded under the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act.
