In a copyright action, the district court's holding of defendant FilmOn.com in contempt, sanction of $90,000, and award of attorneys' fees to plaintiff is affirmed for violating the terms of a permanent injunction is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion in sanctioning defendant for distributing copyrighted material in breach of the permanent injunction.
