US v. Allen, 13-3333
Conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 922(g)(1) is vacated, the denial of defendant's suppression motion is reversed, and the case is remanded where defendant's arrest while inside his home, despite police officers remaining outside the boundary of his home in making the arrest, violated the Fourth Amendment.
