Credit Suisse Securities LLC v. Tracy, 15-0345
In an arbitration action arising from a dispute between Credit Suisse and five former employees, the district court's order to employees to pursue their arbitration claims in a non-FINRA forum is affirmed where FINRA Rule 13200 does not prohibit a pre-dispute waiver of a FINRA arbitral forum.
