Zurich Am. Ins. Co. v. Team Tankers A.S., 14-4036
In an arbitration action, the district court's order confirming an arbitral award is affirmed while its order awarding attorney fees to defendants is reversed where: 1) plaintiff has not established any ground for vacating the arbitral award under the Federal Arbitration Act; and 2) the district court erred in awarding attorney's fees and costs under the terms of the underlying contract between the parties and such an award is not supported by 28 U.S.C. section 1927.
