Jesner v. Arab Bank, 13-3605

In an international law action brought by victims of overseas terrorism against defendant bank for allegedly financing and facilitating terrorist activities, the district court's dismissal of plaintiff's claims under the Alien Tort Statute (ATS), 28 U.S.C. section 1350, is affirmed where Kiobel v. Royal Dutch Petroleum Co., 133 S. Ct. 1659 (2013), did not overrule circuit precedent barring ATS claims against corporate entities.
