US v. Ryan, 11-4479
Conviction for securities fraud in violation of 15 U.S.C sections 78(j) and 78ff and 15 U.S.C. section 2 is affirmed where: 1) the district court properly counted each married couple as two individual victims in calculating defendant's sentence under U.S.S.G. section 2B1.1(b)(2); and 2) the sentence was not substantively unreasonable under the circumstances.
