United States Second Circuit

Chrysler v. Guiney, 14-1495

In a habeas corpus petition challenging petitioner's New York state conviction for second-degree murder, the district court's denial of the petition for relief is affirmed where the state appellate court's decision that the admission of a co-defendant's grant jury testimony did not violate petitioner's Confrontation Clause was not contrary to, or involve an unreasonable application of, clearly established Federal law.
