United States Second Circuit
Lesterhuis v. Colvin, 14-3779
In a Social Security disability action seeking review of the administrative law judge (ALJ)'s denial of plaintiff's application for benefits, the district court's grant of judgment on the pleadings to defendant is vacated and remanded where the ALJ's decision was not supported by substantial evidence in the record after plaintiff's treating physician submitted a medical opinion on appeal contradicting some of the ALJ's conclusions.
