In an action alleging disability discrimination in the award of teacher performance bonuses at a New York City public school, the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendants is affirmed where: 1) the denial or reduction of a discretionary bonus can constitute an adverse employment action under the Americans with Disabilities Act; but 2) plaintiff failed to present evidence establishing a discriminatory motive.
