In a copyright action brought by plaintiffs seeking to terminate defendant's copyright grant to the song "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town," the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendant is reversed where: 1) defendant owns its copyright under a 1981 contract instead of a 1951 agreement; and 2) plaintiffs can accordingly terminate the copyright under 17 U.S.C. section 203 in 2016.
