Conviction for securities fraud offenses is affirmed where U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers' had reasonable suspicion of defendant's involvement in a stock fraud conspiracy from another law enforcement agency, justifying the search and photocopying of defendant's personal notebook during his detention at Miami International airport under the border search doctrine exception to the Fourth Amendment.
