In a whistleblower suit brought under 12 U.S.C. section 1831j(a)(2) by plaintiff against her former employer and three of its employees, the district court's dismissal of the suit as to the three employees is affirmed where the defendants, employees of the Federal Reserve Bank of N.Y., were not sufficiently linked to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to be potentially liable under the statute.
