United States Second Circuit
Greek v. Colvin, 14-3799
In an action challenging an administrative law judge's (ALJ) denial of plaintiff's application for Social Security disability benefits, the district court's grant of defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings is remanded where the ALJ erred by failing to provide "good reasons" for giving little weight to the treating physician's medical opinions, 20 C.F.R. section 404.1527(c)(2), and this error was not harmless.
