In an appeal from an order modifying the class definition, the district court's order is vacated where: 1) the new class definition violates the requirements of ascertainability contained in Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; and 2) the class definition's reference to objective criteria is insufficient to establish an identifiable and administratively feasible class.
