United States Second Circuit

US v. Gundy, 13-3679

In the government's appeal of the district court's dismissal of the indictment against defendant, which charged defendant with a violation of the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA), the dismissal is revered where the district court erred in concluding that defendant was not "required to register" until after the charged interstate travel.
