In an action under the Robinson‐Patman Act and the Clayton Act, brought by a group of retail pharmacies, the district court's dismissal of the claims is affirmed where they failed to show either competitive or antitrust injury, as required by 5 U.S.C. sections 13(a), 13(d), 13(f), 15 and 26.
