US v. Rivera, 13-2722
Sentences and conviction for sex trafficking, forced labor, and alien harboring and transportation charges are: 1) affirmed as to convictions, where a) the exclusion of evidence of the victims' other sexual behavior before they were employed at the defendants' bars and any other exposureto a sexualized business did not violate the defendants' right to present a complete defense and to confront witnesses, and b) while the sex trafficking charge given to the jury was error, it was harmless; and 2) vacated as to sentences where they were procedurally unreasonable.
