Crawford v. Cuomo, 14-969

In a suit by former inmates alleging that the sexual abuse by a guard subjected them to cruel and unusual punishment in violation f the Eighth Amendment, the district court's dismissal of the suit is reversed where, by alleging that an officer fondled their genitals for personal gratification and without penological justification, plaintiffs stated a cognizable Eighth Amendment claim.
