Puricelli v. Republic of Argentina, 14-2104
In a class action twice remanded, brought by holders of the Republic of Argentina's bonds after the country defaulted on roughly $80 to $100 billion of sovereign debt, the district court's certification of expanded plaintiff cases is vacated and remanded where doing so was foreclosed by the mandate issued on the prior appeal.
