In an action under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. section 201 et seq., and the New York Labor Law (NYLL), the district court's award of plaintiff's attorney's fees and costs after the jury issued a verdict in favor of plaintiffs is vacated as to the award of expert fees, where expert fees may not be awarded pursuant to 29 U.S.C. section 216(b) of the FLSA.
