In a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case, the district court's judgment is affirmed over creditors' appeal where there was no error in: 1) dismissing the bankruptcy court's dismissal of the Chapter 7 involuntary bankruptcy petitions filed by the creditors against debtors; 2) denying creditors' motion to withdraw the reference to bankruptcy court; and 3) affirming the bankruptcy court's decision awarding debtors attorney fees and costs pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 303(i)(1).
