Hendrickson v. US, 14-1958

In a dispute arising out of an attempt to enforce a 30-year old settlement agreement between the plaintiffs and the district court, alleging that the US fell out of compliance with certain payment obligations contained in the agreement, the district court's most recent orders enforcing the agreement and denying the US's motion for reconsideration are vacated where the actions of the district court in 1985 did not suffice to retain jurisdiction over the enforcement of the agreement.
