In a dispute arising out the film "Heads Up." alleging copyright and state‐law claims, the district court's grant of summary judgment to plaintiff is: 1) affirmed in part as to plaintiff's copyright claims; and 2) reversed in part where defendant, not plaintiff, was eligible for summary judgment on plaintiffʹs claim for tortious interference with business relations under New York law.
