US v. Parse, 13-1388
Convictions for mail fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. sections 1341 and 2, and attempting to interfere with the administration of the federal tax laws, in violation of 26 U.S.C. section 7212(a), are vacated where the district court erred in denying defendant's Rule 33 motion on the basis that defendant had waived his right to an unbiased jury.
