In a child pornography case, the district court's grant of defendantʹs motion to suppress physical evidence and statements obtained during the execution of a search warrant is affirmed where: 1) federal agents exceeded the scope of the search warrant; and 2) the good‐faith exception to the exclusionary rule was inapplicable.
