Sentence for conviction of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 2113(a) is vacated where Application Note 5 to U.S.S.G. section 3C1.2 provides an exception to the general rule, set forth in U.S.S.G. section 1B1.3(a)(1)(B), for imposing a Guidelines enhancement based on a co‐defendant's foreseeable conduct.
