In an employment suit brought by a deliveryman for a food catering company, the district court's reversal of a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff on his claim of hostile work environment in violation of 42 U.S.C. section 1981 and award of nominal and punitive damages is: 1) affirmed in part as to vacating the punitive damages award; and 2) reversed as to denial of plaintiff's application for fees and costs.
