In a putative class action for purportedly improper assessment of overdraft fees on plaintiff's account, the district court's denial of defendants motion to dismiss is affirmed where plaintiff's individual claims were not rendered moot by the unaccepted offer of complete relief, made pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 68.
